Top Flange:
This is the flat disc at the very top. It features a large through-hole in the center, whose edge is precision-machined (chamfered) for a very smooth surface, serving as an interface for mounting other rotating shafts. Surrounding the central hole are four uniformly distributed, internally threaded holes. These are used for securing this component to other equipment via bolts. The flat plane of the top flange, the precision central hole, and all the threaded holes are secondary finishing operations performed by CNC machine tools after casting to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish, meeting assembly requirements.
Middle Body:
This is the central section connecting the top and bottom flanges. It features integrally cast vertical reinforcing ribs designed to increase the structural strength and rigidity of the part while simultaneously reducing weight. The surface has been treated with an anodized finish.
Bottom Base:
Serving as the foundation for the entire component, this base has the largest diameter, providing stable support. A ring of through-holes for fixation is also distributed on the base. Clearly marked on the surface of the base is a cast-in arrow indicator. This arrow is used to denote the direction of fluid flow or rotation.
