MAIN PROCESS

Let’s have a brief ideal about how binder jetting technology has been applied into casting industry.
3D PRINTING PROCESS
Binder jetting technology builds models by depositing binding agent on sand. Activator is evenly mixed with the sand first, then the nozzles accurately spray the binder according to the cross-sectional images. Binder and activator undergo a bonding reaction layer by layer which solidifies the molding.
MOLDS COATING & ASSEMBLY
Sand cores and sand molds be used for casting aluminum, gray iron and ductile iron, steel and other material after cleaning and assembly, coating sometimes is important for better roughness.
CASTING
Utilizing 3D mold flow analysis, casting include sand casting, investment casting, and die casting become easy and enjoyable. 3D-printed sand molds now enables faster prototyping and greater design flexibility for industrial applications.
CNC MACHINING
